Okay I’ve thought about this for a while so I’m make just discuss about Deku.
Deku has gone through a lot. It’s not clearly shown so people just think he was bullied, and then when he got to high school his life was all happy again. His life started going downhill and didn’t stop since he was 4. Not only did he get bullied, and I don’t just mean comments like ‘You’re ugly!’, I mean comments to tell people to go jump off a roof, and being told he wouldn’t get a quirk which is so highly unlikely nowadays, which broke his heart, he has always bottled up his feelings. Example: when he was eating lunch, he started crying because of Eri, and then he said ‘Heroes aren’t supposed to cry’. That basically just says he thinks it’s not okay to share your feelings. I don’t think there’s been one time in the whole series where he was actually sharing how he felt. He does cry, but he doesn’t say anything. Not only those 3 things, but he also is getting LITERALLY HUNTED DOWN TO STEAL HIS QUIRK WHICH HE RIGHTFULLY DESERVES. And if they’re not able to take it from him, HE’LL JUST GET KILLED. A 16 year old is going through this. He got bullied, bottles up his feelings, and get hunted down. Oh yeah, don’t forget that society don’t have very positive thoughts about him. Yeah, Shigaraki and Eri went through bad crap, but Deku my god. Too many people overlook him.
Sorry this was a rant. I love Deku, and he deserves the whole world in my opinion. Also please correct me if I’ve made any mistakes - Discord
Yes I agree with you! Also yeah Shigaraki and Eri did go through a lot as well. Luckily Eri got saved at a really young age and Shigaraki wasn't strong enough to keep his feelings of revenge against heroes or whatever it is, inside and stop himself from becoming a villain! Compared to Midoriya whose suffered so much hasn't given up his dream and is suffering so much to keep a hold of that dream and protect literally the whole world from a Villain like All for one. Izuku Midoriya (Deku) deserves the whole world and so much happiness after this war. He's a great a hero and definitely has a heart of a hero!🥺🥰💚🔥🔥🔥 I love Izuku Midoriya my favourite MHA character!🥺💚🥰
So do I, Izuku is my main favorite and always will be not because he’s the main character or anything, but the fact that he survived both physical and verbal abuse for 12 years and is still standing, don’t get me wrong Eri & Shigaraki went through stuff but that is past tenses, Izuku has been through some stuff and still is, he is practically the embodiment of an undying will, to keep going and stand tall no matter what and face whatever challenges head on with a smile is truly heroic.
Nana was the symbol of Hope, Allmight was the symbol of Peace, Izuku is the symbol of Will.

3:45 The first panel was from chapter 305 or 304 (somewhere around there) where Izuku had a little meeting with all the past holders and it was revealed that OFA needs to go to another quirkless person but because the population is so low they might not be able to find one who would fit as the next holder. So Izuku actually may be the last holder of OFA.
