Makerere was the best University in east and central Africa and Mulago was the best hospital east Africa but all that is gone . I don't think you guys love your country. While Rwanda that had a genocide in 1994 has built Kigali to International standards in less twenty years. These guy have taken the breath out of Uganda. Soon or later you have to rip what you saw.
