Some EMTs request a transfer to another less active/repetitive OD station after years in Kensington. I know I couldn't see people who know they're hurting not only themselves but also those who love them time after time again.

It is what Vets use in surgery for large animals like horses or cows when they operate on them. Not many humans near 500lbs so extremely dangerous for humans. Watching Kensington EMTs responding to Odd it seems the first option they use is oxygen & then Narcan after 2mins without any response from the addict. Logically I can relate using the oxygen first as Tranq lowers blood pressure during surgery (for animals) but in humans it closes human airways & receiving forced air into the lungs opened the lungs to get minimally the air humans need to breath. Most addicts seem to start to respond with some movement of limbs or opening their eyes. Sadly most addicts who recover gets up & stumbles away.
Epilepsy crisis perhaps or overdose of cocaïne or meth?for is body shaking, that's horrible. I hope is feeling good right now. I'm hoping that's the case. And, I'm hoping this is a wake up call for that guy! This whole window into this world in philly is so sad and disgusting at the same time! Biden's America.

They let the EMS handle it. They know what to do. When you see all kinds of things everyday it numbs you somewhat also but they made sure the EMS got there that's all they could do.
