Meet HONG 10:
A former member of the Korean crew Expressions, Kim Hong-Yeol, aka Hong 10, is a current member of Drifterz (X) and FLOWXL (O).
Recognized for being one of the most creative B-Boys in the world and having a great deal of stamina, his signature moves include the Hong 10 Freeze, where he lifts his legs up horizontally over his body, balancing only on his head and hand. Yeol means '10' in Korean, hence his nickname.
B-Boy Hong 10 is not your ordinary world champion. After winning his first Red Bull BC One World Final in 2006, he returned in 2013 to the notoriously challenging Red Bull BC One 10th Anniversary World Final. This competition gathered all the previous world champions along with the year's best up-and-comers in Seoul, Korea, Hong 10's home country. Amidst the pressure, he came out on top and cemented his place as a two-time Red Bull BC One World Champion.
Since then, he has been recognized globally for his creativity, stamina, signature moves and passion in nurturing the breaking culture for the next generation. His major solo and crew titles span all the top international events, including UK B-Boy Championships, Battle of the Year, New Taipei BBoy City and Freestyle Session Korea.
To Hong 10, breaking is a two-way street. You gotta give respect to earn respect! 🚀

Really great seeing Shamgod show out in this battle. Kind of a legend out here in NYC...Suffice to say Hong 10 is a freak of nature. The endurance combined with a deep arsenal of moves is ridiculous. Very impressive display.

Thank you, Redbull, for making such an incredible event to happen! Glad that challengers got their second set of rounds against Hong10 and to see more of their moves. BUT it seems like a bit of a cruel arrangement for Hong10 for having to do 20 total rounds 😱Would love to see this event to continue yearly and perhaps in other countries!

Hong 10 is the greatest bboy alive today. Won so many championships and is at the point where he just wants to challenge himself by taking on whole coasts of bboys by himself. I think he did west coast previously and now he took on the east coast. insane
For Hong10, winning is no longer meaningful. It's so amazing to see him challenging his limitations.

After so many years of winning champion titles, Hong10 doesn't have to work this hard, and yet he still has the fire to go on. Really inspiring to see someone demonstrate an extremity of human physique and potential like this. Redbull better have paid well to Hong10 plus all other 10 dancers for this event.
