No, it's supposed to come down tomorrow, October 18, 2007 at 9:30pm, but one of the owners of a nearby building is trying to get a court order to stop it because he says that the dust will be hazardous because it has asbestos and PCPs and things like that in it. He filed his action in court today at 3:42pm. We'll know by 11:00am tomorrow what is going to happen. :)

The Sands Implosion is supposed to happen October 31st. I am so sad to see it go.
Went there every weekend for a few years before it closed... I love this place, always will.. Lost so much money in it though LOL R.I.P Sands Casino.

It went downhill since 1972 when they imploded the Traymore and then they legalized gambling which saved Atlantic City a bit.
