Loved the little warm up routine. Im 40 years old and it takes me at least 20 minutes before i feel agile.
Level 8 was good. No spinning hook kicks for me.
The lvl 10 combo is also a fun one to do that is within my skill level. Ive never learned how to do spin hook kicks because I get dizzy… i think I always chose to go with a side kick instead in those situations.
@@iane594 It's okay. I can beat two second degree black belts in a handicap match, and I still can't do a spinning hook kick. Generally, if you're able to do that effectively, you would have won the fight some other way anyway.
Same here, 20 minutes warmup for 40 minutes feel agile...
Aye I did it two times, stopped for a week. Came back and I somehow still learned the technique order!
1 month passed since I made this comment. Finally on 6...however I haven't been practicing for a couple months I'm happy I somehow remember all the previous combos.

This is so awesome Gabriel, I have gotten a 10/10 on the combos Gabriel, the 8th and the 9th combo, were the best for me, because, I like to throw, a lot of spinning techniques in general, but I remember, to use them correctly, in each situation, the 10th combo was awesome, because of the scissor knee, in general, such an amazing combo work video Gabriel! 🎉

I come from Shorin-ryu karate, so some of those are hard haha. We just brace against low kicks and eat the suck, so I kept having to remember to check. By 8 I was starting to slow down, 10 is crazy long haha. Good workout!

I got 9/10 the 8th and 9th are pretty challenging to me i needed to do it a little bit slower
When you said advanced you meant it i only did till seven😅
To actually rate me skill lever, it had to start from negative 10

I did Gabriel!
I never had any problem remembering and coordinating movements, but I still struggle with flexibility and leg control so the high kicks are the most challenging for me.
@@Jenjakid recommend stretching out on the stairs, i have pretty good hip flexibility and I’ve been doing that since last year it helps tremendously in my experience
@@smallcheddar3012 thank I've been stretching consistently since a few month and I can definitely see some progress, I'm just not there yet :)
