The joinery of the logs is far superior to most of the DIYers on TH-cam. Such talent from a young age! I have been looking at your older vids and am still wondering how you're going to get a basement under your structure. One would think that that should have been built before doing the log thing?
In a past video he mentioned this isn’t the final location for his log home- he’s fitting it out here then will dismantle, transport, and reassemble it over the basement at the final location 👍

Kyle craftsmanship takes time ! Mother nature and the characteristics of each log determines how long every step will take. You have incredible skill sets for a man of your age. Keep your crane cable lightly coated with graphite spray to help it from stacking. And please due regular thorough inspections on all of your equipment because you definitely work them to capacity. The spooling could be tighter on the winch, Looks like you have enough load line. That’s what we call the wire lifting cable we call it the load line now where it anchors into the drum. It has to be a factory wedge that holds it into the drum. Some people try to use a bent piece of rebar which sort of works. I’m an expert on this and the moves you make are perfect.

You can do it ,enjoy every minute . I’m a Fabricator So I can See what you’re doing, I really love it, are you putting a upside down T truss at the Gable Ends. We're also building our house. Getting up at 3am to be out working at first daylight, about 5am. Not happy about it. Didn't plan on waking up to an alarm clock in retirement but it's just too damn hot once the suns up. So impressed with your skills. The fit of those logs is absolute art.
