- Hi guys, please welcome Biscuit (aka Bikkie) to our family!
We adopted Bikkie from the SPCA: www.spca.org.sg/
When we first met Bikkie, we found out she was abandoned by her previous owner that didn't want to look after her anymore. This actually happens quite often believe it or not! She had all these skin problems and also severe anxiety. Despite this, we still took her in hoping that she would improve and be happy with us. We are very hopeful that she will be happy with us!

She’s absolutely adorable! I’m just so happy you decided to adopt an older dog. It’s challenging to take care of elderly dogs, specially the ones with certain conditions and I know that much cause I have one that’s nearly toothless. I admire you for accepting the challenge and helping that lady have a great life.

Just in case, you can make a belly band with a large safety pin, a tube sock and a men's pee pad until she is fully house broken. Canned pumpkin for loose stool. She looks like a poodle; apparently turkey and lamb are the best meats for this breed. I have a 16yr toy poodle from a rescue. He had the worst teeth and lost them all at 15yrs of age. Best of luck with your new baby!
She was already toilet trained from the start - it was awesome! Also her stool has been perfectly fine and healthy since ☺️
I just had my wisdom teeth pulled too. Only local anesthesia was applied for me and One of mine was close to a nerve as well. But it was literally over in 20 minutes or less and there was zero nerve damage. So yay! Now I'll finish the video

Oh wow. I just had my wisdom teeth taken out Friday. When I woke up from the anesthesia, I felt fine till a couple hrs later cause it took a while to get the pain meds. I swelled up and looked like a chipmunk for the past 2 days. Definitely make some Vietnamese chao and ice your cheeks for swelling.

I'll be honest I still have my wisdom teeth in and I'm waiting impatiently because I feel like 23 is too old to still have them but knowing you just got yours out makes me feel better 😸

I waited until my 30s to get mine out. If you need them out, I'd get them out sooner rather than later. Apparently it's easier the younger you are.

Can't believe the rescue centre did sort Vicky out before you collected her, in uk one of our dog trusts Battersea dog home make shore they are well and fit before letting anyone adopt them.

She was checked and cleared by the vet but skin issues for dogs are supposedly common in Singapore especially in the hot and humid weather. Unfortunately the shelters are not well funded enough to constantly check every dog.

How cruel can you be? Even kids have behaviour problems and you Don't put them to sleep. If the dog is curable there is no sense to make that! Also she is just scared and doesn't understand the new home. Imagine you getting sick and your parents trashing you out. Stupid.
There is nothing we regret about adopting Bikkie.
