Bro, I wanted to know if the items the boss drop goes to the player or party with the most damage? Every time I try to pick up drops at the boss, it is saying not permitted

Look under the Mystic Weapon style. DMG Boost Rate 5%

The drops in world boss and battle ground mini bosses, are they random? Coz everyone's pressing "G" and some get a message ""you do not have permission" to pickup loot". Is there a minimum percentage damage to be able to loot?
Anyone can obtain the miniboss. G button / Masarta boss 1st floor Anyone can obtain G button / Masarta 2nd to 6th floors are high dps first.

vanguard = pvp 100 + pve 80 / If you spend a lot of money, Vanguard is good.
