I only rode it when I was 19 so 7 years after I started but I was so scared and had no idea. Still a little nervous but I have the confidence now. That’s all that’s needed.

Planning a trip from mid march-mid april for four weeks. Good accomodations are not really available anymore, do you mind sharing the info about your place? That would be much appreciated.

I am staying with friends this time around. I would suggest looking at AirBnB or maybe even check Craigslist. Rental properties are difficult at the moment so maybe when it calms down a bit you may get some luck.

@@iaincampbell_ Thank you very much for your answer! Since last year craigslist is finally working from europe for US listings. Before that there was no way to contact the vendor.
In the "worst" case I book something in Haleiwa and drive to the surf-spots with a rental.

There is 10 world class waves in the space of 7 miles… and that’s just 1 of the islands! Not to mention Maui, Kauai and all the hidden spots! It’s a good place. They are very different places and hard to judge but this time of year is pretty fire! 🔥🔥🔥
@@iaincampbell_ do u think Hawaii was just blessed by location or is it bcos its a huge commercial hub for surfing? I mean could u praise Bali or any other islands or places in the world or does Hawaii just really blessed with the best waves in world by geography
It’s definitely a bit because of the surfing hub but geographically it’s a bunch of islands formed by volcanos 🌋 in the middle of the Pacific Ocean that can be surfed on any swell and any wind… it’s all about geography when it comes to surf spots and these islands are place perfectly.
