Definitely seems like they intended or at least prepared for the possibility that Yoshi might've been a bigger part of the game.

Myths: you can enter in water with yoshi.
Glydon will fly slower in the moon kingdom.
You can enter with mario in the electric wire at the last bowser area.
And can Captured Bowser automatically capture other lights?
I already know that the last bowser wire doesnt count
These are good ideas, but you should be able to test the first one in the mushroom kingdom, even without hacks or mods
It’s funny that Yoshi refers to the other Yoshi as a “weird thing”, which means he’s never seen himself before

Myth: As a captured goomba, you can stack on top of a paragoomba
Myth(s):
- If you spawn in another Mario, he can be eaten by Yoshi
- Captured Bowser can enter any 2d area and interact with things he normally doesnt encounter
- The odyssey will not be there if you enter a kingdom before activating it
- If you activate the odyssey and then enter a level you havent unlocked yet, the globe / kingdom selector will glitch out (because it cant handle you being in a kingdom you are not supposed to be in)

I can be sure that 1 and 4 are false, 3 is true, and 2 it depends.

if they do make a Mario Odyssey 2 I hope they plan for captures to be taken into the 2D worlds, I think this could really up the gameplay and strategy options a ton!

Myth: Captured Bowser can eliminate Enemies (Or in His Case, His Minions)
The way the scooter "fell" once Mario jumped on it reminds me of those item specific platforms you see in rom hacks? They should add those to Mario Maker, they'd be so useful.

I don’t think Yoshi’s reaction is exclusive to just seeing another Yoshi, I’m almost positive he reacts the same way to any other capture, in much the same way that most other NPCs react in fear to seeing a captured enemy.

Yes, the easiest one is in Goomba Woods, capture a Goomba near yoshi, and he’ll say the same thing. He says it for any other captured enemy nearby- I discovered it years ago, but a lot of people overlook it. (Weird how Yoshi doesn’t know what a Goomba is :P)

@@kaitlando636 Captures don’t generally change size when Mario captures them. Take the big cloud guys in Snow Kingdom for example. When Bowser is lying on the ground, I’m pretty sure he’s already smaller than when you fought him for some reason.
I'm pretty sure yoshi says that about anything that mario has captured
2d mario can actually interact with 3d items. In the luncheon kingdom there is a challenge around this concept
I know I'm late but a myth suggestion is can mario somehow escape a 2d area and go into a 3d area I don't think it's possible but it would be cool to see 2d mario in a 3d area

The yoshi thing is very weird, there is an actual line that yoshi says. I think that was put in there on purpose.
