In 2017, Sami Zayn turned his back on the fans after feeling left out, teaming with his longtime friend, Kevin Owens. Over the next 6 years, he did all kinds of despicable ideas just to get recognized. Eventually, he was accepted, not by the fans, but by a tyrannical empire led by a tyrannical tribe, who made him an honorary member of their family. Shortly thereafter, Kevin, who had a change of heart some time prior, took on the imperial tribe, and confronted Sami, not to fight him, but to convince him into making the right decision.
