    Amazing info as always.
    Can you make a video of the how fringer adaptor works together with XT-4. The autofocus speed in photo/video, vs the native lens etc.
    That would be amazing and helpful. :)

    • @AdityaVarma
      @AdityaVarma  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sure Prasanna. I will do a small spoiler alert. For video. The Fringer plus Sigma 18-35 is much better than any native lenses with fly by wire.

    Finally someone explained how to actually set this camera. Thank you. I always thought that you HAD to use the manual dials to change s/s etc. I don't have this camera yet but thinking of getting one. Question, is Natural Live View the same as Constant Preview???

    • @AdityaVarma
      @AdityaVarma  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey. Thanks. Yes. I do use both Dials and the scroll wheels. Depending on the things I shoot. Yes. It is like Constant preview on panasonic.

      @@AdityaVarma I'm thinking of getting one for wedding photography. What are your thoughts on the ergonomics for instance shutter button placement???

    • @AdityaVarma
      @AdityaVarma  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is about getting used to it. Coz I have been using fuji cameras for years now. I feel I might be a wrong person to answer that. I love it's ergonomics. But initial struggle coming from GH4 & 5D was real for few days or even weeks. But once I got a hold of it. I just never looked back. Also about the shutter button placement. Try using it once before buying it to see how it fits for your hands. I quite like it with and without cage. Especially the xt4. I just am not a fan of the leaf shutter. But I guess now I got used to it.

      Check some music videos I made with this camera on this channel. The capabilities are exponential. It's about how you can fit it for yourself.

    Always interesting to see how others set their cameras. Lately, I’ve been gravitating to Classic Chrome as well.

      Yes. I would love to know what is that one setting you love about in your camera? And share what you have set on the my menu?

  • @alexgoeke
    @alexgoeke 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    The lag may be due to the jpeg setting under clarity. If you have clarity setting turned on even on it will bog down the processor. Let me know if that fixes the shooting in S lag issue.

    • @AdityaVarma

      @@AdityaVarma On same lines, Color Chrome effects JPEG settings will also slows down the JPEGs saving in memory, as these special settings require a lot of processing to the raw data.. Fuji recommends saving the raw file and apply these special effects later during post processing

    • @AdityaVarma
      @AdityaVarma  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ya. Makes sense. But I the problem is solved now just with the clarity at 0. This is a great life hack for me atleast.

    What do you set your custom continuous auto focus settings for video? Like where it has area or multi, af speed, af tracking?

    Hi Aditya how are you doing, seeking your guidance on Fujifilm camera X T 4, I purchased X T 4 recently, but I am beginner to learn photography, because I belong to media industry and I worked in the surroundings of cameras, since a very long time that was my passion to learn photography that is why I purchased X T 4 with 18 -55 MM lenses. I am a vlogger, can you please guide me best settings of “stills” as my rang of photography is big cities, rivers, beaches, jungle - mountains, foods - restaurants etc. With your help I want to take the best stills from Fujifilm X T 4. Please give some tips. Regards.

    Hi Aditya, I am so confused between Fuji XT3 and Sony A7 iii on which camera to invest on, I do short films and occasionally wedding films and very seldom photography for wedding.
    Could you please help me with your opinion.
    Thanks in advance.

    • @AdityaVarma
      @AdityaVarma  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey. If it’s video only mostly and for weddings. You might need a good zoom lens. Something like a Tamron 28-70 on a73 with decent autofocus.

    • @AdityaVarma
      @AdityaVarma  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you can live with the 8bit footage.

    • @adnankhanfilms6366
      @adnankhanfilms6366 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks a lot... but my main work would be short films and I think I will need that 10 bit juice for grading. The only issue with XT3 will be autofocus which i only use during weddings and perhaps lack of fuji lenses at rental house.

    I came to know for video base ISO is 640.. this is wierd.. in my canon EOS 200d I can set 100 ISO.. I know I may sound stupid.. but can you help me to get used to Fuji ecosystem

    • @AdityaVarma
      @AdityaVarma  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Base iso is 640 only when we shoot FLOG. Which is a log profile to shoot flat and then color grade it in post. But it has it's advantages. Otherwise Fujifilm cameras go till 160 ISO as base.

    • @TravelMap
      @TravelMap 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@AdityaVarma thanks.. Log profile is already grainy rite so if we are forced to use high ISO it could even make it worse rite? Also the Auto1, Auto2, Auto3. Why would you want those settings when you shoot all manual?

    • @AdityaVarma

      In fuji. At 640. It's clean for video in flog.. And coming from 200D. You will find it quite smooth and clean. For photos. You can go to 160ISO. When shooting in raw.
