Dolan, Jerry Jones... They're incompetent, but they're to proud to admit it, and they keep an iron grip on their franchises. Contrary to precedent, Lakers ownership having no backbone is working to their benefit because of how determined the clutch guys are and how they always seem to be planning long term and not panicking at signs of trouble. The clutch agency is phenomenal at branding these guys and the team, and the only thing coach Palinka has to do is not get a big head and try to hijack the team for his own ends.
