the main thing is, bama was just a better team , they got in position to make their shots and they did , there is a reason bama is a 2 seed, and maryland found that out tonite
@Joe Smith what about the fact that BAMA is a top 10 defense pretty much the entire year? I'm wondering. Not giving an excuse for the coach but did you watch the game? BAMA is more of a defensive team than anything they do. And how about the rebounding? It wasnt coaching it was the better team being way better.
Did you even for one second take responsibility for this performance? Nope. Just made excuses. Appreciate the effort these kids made all season long. Just wish their coach would take responsibility for the fact that he has NEVER beaten a higher seed in postseason as UMD coach, and a fanbase that for a decade has accepted mediocrity. Much respect to Morsell who has balled out every game since coming to College Park, and whose tone and timbre on defense set the tone for the success we did have this season. Wiggins made huge strides in the second half of the season, and deserves credit for carrying the team despite limited coaching capability to create an offense to get him consistently open. Again...these kids played their hearts out. Just wish they had a more dynamic leader running the show behind them.
Mediocrity. It is what it is. Just look at the span over time. Not built for fighting for national championships. That’s what good programs do year in and year out, build for national championships...

It is a good run for a rebuilding team nothing to be shame, next year for sure will be our year

People hate on coach Turgeon bc of our losses like the best coaches go through this too we wouldn't have been there if he didn't turn us around
