      @@희갑희갑숫돌을 30분정도 물에 담궈났다가 칼을 갈다가 숫돌이 뻑뻑한 느낌이 나면 물에 한번씩 담궜다가 가시면 더 잘 갈립니다~

    물에 담그지 않고 건조하게 하시는군요 차이나 장단점이 있을까요?

      아닙니다. 물에 30분정도 담궈났다가 칼을 갈기 시작했습니다. 그리고 칼을 갈다가 숫돌이 뻑뻑한 느낌이 들면 한번씩 물에 담궜다가 갈면 더 잘갈립니다^^

    집에 1000방짜리가 있는데, 써도 괜찮을까요?

      네^^ 천방짜리 숫돌은 입자가 더 부드럽기 때문에 같은 방법으로 좀 더 많이 칼을 갈아주면 됩니다

    칼의 금속재질과 두께 사용하는 용도에 따른 예리하고 날카로운 연삭 절삭력에는 ( 면. 각. 날 ) 3가지로 사용하는 숮돌의 크고작은 입자와 밀도 경도에 따라 광택과 날의 경직도에 결정 가정에서 과도 식칼 가위날을 세우는데는 800~1000방 숮돌로도 무난함 전문적인 칼을 사용하는 직업이 아닌 이상 가정용 칼갈이나 3000방 이하 숮돌이 적합 ( 자신이 사용하는 칼에는 혼과 정신 분신 3가지와 같아 칼은 소중하게 사용 ) 칼의 보관과 칼의 날과 광택으로도 그 사람의 명분인것을

      네^^ 숫돌을 30분정도 물에 담궈났다가 칼을 갈다가 숫돌이 뻑뻑한 느낌이 들면 한번씩 물에 담궜다가 갈면 칼이 더욱 잘 갈립니다

      양날과 외날의 경계는 특별히 없지만, 외날은 섬세한 작업을 할때 사용하기가 좋고 양날방식은 큰칼을 갈때 주로하고 빠르게 커팅할때 좋은것 같습니다~

      세프들이 칼날 세울때 사용하는 연마용 봉 줄 입니다 야스리는 일본 말이죠, 영어로 호닝스킬 이라고도 하죠
