I was born in 1954. Wow, what an interesting truck! Not the roof marker lights like now days, no stacks...but, what a treat to see! Thank you for sharing. Wish I could be a witness to all your talents and old trucks, etc.
Pretty sure the original outside rear view mirrors were about 6" round, mounted on a slightly adjustable single stem. Those presently on the sides would be a big improvement for rear side visibility.
Is that an old FW Edmunds Ford? Remember identical tractor towing a 28' pup SA asphalt dump. Garage was at 425 Woodbury av., Saugus, MA 01906, summer 1968.
I had a MC 3000 fork lift BAD ASS machine crawled all over the mountain gathering stone for Black Creek Country Club and Golf course. 2.5 years. was offered it back a few weeks ago ???
Definitely has potential. Finding parts anymore is like finding a needle in a hay stack. Seeing that trailer unhook & that green fork truck kinda reminds me of Shelby the swamp logger. Aahahahhaahaa.
That's back when they still made good guality trucks...thank you for sharing this video...good to see the old girl fire up...and she sound's Great😊

Listen to to those solid lifters. Old dog got life in it yet.
She’s a real beauty and has found a good home since.

When trucks were built to last. This is the proof.
An F900 was as heavy duty as Ford made back in ‘54. No diesels only gasoline rigs. Put the pins in that lowboy!

Those pilfered railroad ties coming back to bite you?
Haha I was curious what those things were. Probably should have moved them prior.
Ironically the starter begins cranking at 3:17, and this truck may well have the 317 Y-block V8 in it.
