I started listening to Root Chakra cleansing music whilst I was sleeping because my root had got majorly blocked. For the first few days I felt really relaxed and more open, but then it suddenly just made me super depressed to the point where I couldn’t get out of bed until 4pm, yet I couldn’t sleep at night. Pile 1 oh yes that is my pile. I am newly single and while I ADORE my freedom I am a bit lonely. I was used to never be alone while I was hungry about it and now that I am and have fed myself I don't know what to do. Pile 2: I’m such a people pleaser and never put myself first for anything. I’m at that point in my life where I’m just tired of saying yes to everything. I feel like the minute I say no to someone I feel selfish and sometimes those people see me as selfish as well. I just feel horrible that’s why in a way I always struggle to say no. I started listening to Root Chakra cleansing music whilst I was sleeping because my root had got majorly blocked. For the first few days I felt really relaxed and more open, but then it suddenly just made me super depressed to the point where I couldn’t get out of bed until 4pm, yet I couldn’t sleep at night. I know it’s probably made me feel this way because my root chakra is really blocked and I need to keep cleansing it, but it’s making me feel awful and I’ve had major depression since I was 11 years old, I can’t carry on feeling this way it’s too fucking hard and just makes me wonder that if I died, would anybody really care? I’m 39 weeks 1 day pregnant and hoping to go into labor 7 days from now on Christmas Eve.
