I am also doing 3 stars with an army on th-13 as th-12 let me share. 7 electros, 8 balloons 2 healers and 2 archers with all heroes. Normal equipment on heroes except queen. I use healer puppet and a giant arrow to angle and take out two air defenses if lucky or just is enough. Have had great success

Why do you choose to take super wiz over super archers? Wizards tend to walk around a lot more for me. In the CC I've heard it's not good to take wallbreakers because when you drop the clone there's a chance for the wizards to not clone and only wallbreakers clone. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.
Yes there is leme explained, Log launcher is a good siege matchine but it can't travel far if you are facing an opponent with TH in the corner (it is really good if opponent th is in middle), Wall wrecker HP is really good and it can go really deep into the base (making it perfect for bases where TH placed in the corners). I never fill up my Clan Castle completely, I always leave one space. I only add Super Wizards and Wall Breakers and leave the rest of the space empty. If you add one Archer, Barbarian, or Goblin in the last space, there is a high risk that your Clone Spell will target only them, not the Super Wizards. This is why I leave some space in my CC.
I have used the best suitable equipment in this video, but if you don't have those so yeah you can go with the equipment that you mentioned and it will work well. 😊
Something that’s worked for me is 34 super barbs, 5 healers, 5 super wall breakers Spells: 2 clone, rage, 3 invisible, and 2 more in the CC. 3 super archers in the blimp to destroy the core. Then, warden walk, and heroes clear parts of the base, and the super barbs help funnel the heroes and deal damage. It’s really strong for me :)
I don't have fireball nor frozen arrow, will this work against max th13?? And for rage gem and giant arrow, they are level 1 and don't have ores to upgrade them Pls reply fast as i need to do cwl attack against max th13
Wall breakers will always come out of CC first and clear all traps and bombs that can kill our super wizards. Always wait for 1 second to let your wall breakers come out and then drop clone spells so that it will work on Super wizards only. I hope this is clear 😊

No, it's not really important that you have to use Fireball. Instead of that you can use Healing Time or Rage Gem 😊
The dragon one worked for me in cwl. I just exchanged blizzard with yeti blimp rage.

I never fill up my Clan Castle completely, I always leave one space. I only add Super Wizards and Wall Breakers and leave the rest of the space empty. No it's hitpoint is very low that's why it depends on the base you are attacking on.

A Queen Charge hybrid w/ Lava Launcher also works really well for taking on TH13 as TH12. Just gotta be carful not to time fail
