Thanks for the video. I really enjoyed it. I also like to visit these type of places where very few people visit or even know about it. Most people would say that there's nothing interesting in this lake because it looks destroyed and lonely but even if they are right, those characteristics are also part of nature. Not just that but they are also missing the main point. The point is not to see other people for if that was the case all one would have to do is to go at the center of a city like Times Square, New York. To me the main point of visiting places like Lake Azuei is to be in deep connection with nature and form part of it's mysticism.
You can call me weird if you want, I'd be okay with that but when I'm going to visit a park, lake, mountain or whatever location, the very first thing I do before going is to make sure that it is not a touristic place AT ALL! Don't get me wrong, I like people but when you are in a place which is not turistic, you have a feeling that you own the place, that you're actually from there and there's absolutely no division between you and nature but everything is harmoniously synchronized.

I would rather see Haiti remain an exotic island than striving to become a replica of New York city like the neighboring country..Haiti is prone to earthquakes and other climatic problems. We need to focus on rebuilding our nation instead of constantly comparing ourselves to our neighbors i am happy for them. Let's live it as that.

Tilapia can not be native to the lake. They originated from Africa, and only recently were brought to the Americas.
