I've never understood how people know if someone is Muslim just by looking at them. I worked with someone who complained to me about all the Muslims that work with us. I had to tell her that it's a religion and that they were all Indian and that they were all Hindu.

Charges are not" pressed" they are filed by the district attorney's office. Do a little research and work on your syntax and you might not sound so ignorant next time.

In my country, two mixed-nationality boys were kidnapped for years by the mother in plain sight, disobeyed the judge, with widespread government/opposition/public support, condemned despite feminist outrage and indulted/amnestied by Gov. A minister, a deputy secretary and a journalist said later the foreign father was guilty of pedo*, so he sued. Politicians were condemned (didn't comply yet) but he dropped 'bout journalist coz she simply declared she was wrong coz she mistook judicial cases.

I think there are times when a bit of police "brutality" is warranted.
It could be that he is a person who follows laws. If you do a crime, or are suspected of a crime, the punishment should come after you are found guilty. If you are arrested, not resisting, and the cops beat the shit out of you because of the potential crime, but you are later found not guilty of whatever that crime was, did you deserve that ass kicking? I understand these people usually get their way and are never held accountable for their actions, but it seems like that results in some serious delusions that carry over to these types of situations. Almost as if they've become mentally ill as a result.
Even if u are correct, 99% of the time (100% if drunk) u are not, u still won't win at that time. That's what the courts and lawsuits are for. But disobeying, which almost always results in additional crimes, will hurt u so much more; right or wrong.

If a man was the offender in that situation, he would've been slammed face first to the ground the second the cop grabbed his arm and he resisted. In this situation, the cop said 'Ma'am' like a hundred times and was patient and let her speak her bullshit and she was still sitting on the chair after like 2 or 3 minutes of arguing.
