Just heard her for the first time on XM 60 this morning. Beautiful voice, songs, and music! Has a little bit of the Bakersfield sound in my opinion. Love it!!!! Would love to see her perform, hopefully we can do that again some day! I think her voice is one of the best out there.
The scene where she is waiting a table is real, yes that is her parent's restaurant. She waited on my table a few years ago, told her I was a fan of her music. She was no nice, humble and gracious. She should be a superstar!
Saw this band last night in Lawrence Kansas opening for Social Distortion, I am an instant fan. You guys are classy, talented and SO nice! Thank you for coming to the midwest. You have a very bright future ahead of you!
Sounds like she came right out of Laurel Canyon in about 1970-Love that shit-the sound of my youth. I hope she has a long career. She would have been right in there with Emmylou Harris, Linda Ronstadt, Neil Young, Tom Petty, The Eagles, The Byrds etc
Have Lived in Santa Margarita for 18 years. Love it! Fair warning-we're inland from the coast about 30 minutes from beach. And don't confuse us with Rancho Santa Margarita!

Some pretty good lines here. "Waking up for the first time is when you don't stop running at the finish line.". It's like saying, "I'm done with your race. Now, I'm gonna run MY race.". But, what I don't get is why this music is on "Anti-records". What the hell does that mean? Do you want this music recorded or not? If you're anti-everything, then you have no race of your own to run. How can you be anti-records, when that's what your stuff is on? Wake up for the first time. It looks you ARE still running someone else's race. Looks like you might be still looking for that "finish line". Maybe you can't see one.

This doesn't do then justice- saw them live last year opening for Social Distortion. They were amazing! I hope the get bigger.
