The female vocals on this song are provided by Audra Mae. She actually collaborated with Jon on an earlier track called Luxury on one of his mixtapes. DEFINITELY worth a listen.
jon bellion got me into listening to music in general. his vocals are so inspiring and how he uses vocal noises recorded himself and the click in the background like a bit delayed so u get the hit and vibe of it just MMMMMM listening to him with good headphones or like in a car in an otherworldly experience and each song feels like it’s telling a story.
You should listen to his album Glory Sound Prep. It’s just as good imo.
This was fantastic to watch! Jon is tied as my favorite artists been listening to him for about 7 years and everything he touches is absolute fire!

loved this video, fun fact AJR is actually know to use jons style. most do like that that more or less stole his style but jon actually loves that they are inspired by him. Also he is a major player in the production industry. He also writes for people. He has made stuff for Christina agulera, rihanna, eninem, justin bieber, and beyonce. Pretty please react to his other album and his mix tapes. its so fun to listen to his growth in order, you really see how he grows and why other artist love to work with him!

..but I understand where it's coming from.
The lyrics in some of AJR's songs from Neotheather and The Click are really dull and feel like they aren't genuine most of the time.
Nevertheless, I enjoy those albums because sonically they just click with me for some reason that I can't explain.
Even though I enjoy both AJR and Jon Bellion....
I gotta admit...
AJR has gotta stop trying so hard to be relatable and quirky with their lyrics, it's what's dragging them down.
AJR's new album was definitely a step in the right direction though.
