You mentioned the Title should same or similar to Landing Page, Doesn't confuse the Audience/Prospects? Also, why can't drive "Leads" to my first "Offer" instead to "Landing Page", like convert them immediately.
Most visitors aren't ready to buy on the first visit so the landing page/lead magnet gives you more time to build up that relationship. Tends not to confuse since that's what is being offered and makes it clear what they are going to get
