Why it may not be working/ not giving fast results- 1- playing volume too high, keep it at 20%-30% 2- ur brain may be getting lazy; it takes a lot of energy to do this sort of thing so you must keep drinking water while listening. For people that want to do something while listening to this, here is a chapter I wrote. It is a JK ff! - Flashback.... 1- playing volume too high, keep it at 20%-30%
2- ur brain may be getting lazy; it takes a lot of energy to do this sort of thing so you must keep drinking water while listening. Just sip from a bottle or a glass.
3- u may not be listening too it enough. Your brain needs to hear it enough times to get through and understand that it needs to make u lose weight.
4- don’t look in the mirror. Ur brain will think once u see urself that that’s the results you want and stop trying to enforce weight loss.

This time you stared at him. The boy wore a loose black silk shirt with leather cuffs and black trousers. However, he got better the more I looked. His rich dark hair that looked so soft to touch. Looking this close at him, I could see the purity of his eyes . He had distinct cheekbones and an angular jaw, his pale skin made him look devilishly handsome. All of a sudden he turns around and stares deeply into your eyes.
"Why were you staring at me?"

to anyone who’s struggling with mosquito bites like i am, i recommend you to visit a dermatologist. i have, and she recommended me a product that genuinely helped my skin recover!
ive been using “Sebamed extreme dry skin repair lotion” and within a few days i’ve already seen the improvement. if the skin on your legs seem to flake after a shower, or you notice that its dry overall, you should use this.
i don’t know if it’s a problem exclusive to people w dry skin types but it’s still worth trying!
