Wow that place was perfect to fly some planes. Man the channel sure has grown. Still rocking in making gliders though so may the channel grow even more!!!
Flying at the speedway was so much fun. We got there earlier this year to beat the traffic and spend some quality time flying. Yeah, we’re still growing and almost at 1000 sub milestone! Our next event is the RC Saylors “RCS Fest” in Ohio at the Vinton county airport. 😀
Hey, Goldenfish! Yeah, after a questionable start, Bruce got his glider tuned in and had a great flight there. It circled perfectly! Your Foamies would have done great there at the track! 😀
Great video, although I think you should have stripped a branch off one of those trees and whittled it down to make your gliders for true spontaneity 😊🤣😜
Yeah, I almost had a branch. I had to shake a limb pretty hard to get my glider back. I’m sure the ground crew for the Brickyard Crossing golf course hates these events... since thousands of people are trampling it. Bruce and I try to be respectful of the grounds. Here is where we where flying: goo.gl/maps/WwnXw1gUr1n
I was too young, I went to school for a year. My dad was lecturing at Purdue in Veterinary Anatomy for a year on some sort of university exchange scheme.
Nope- haven't even started! I been gettin' 16K steps per day with Missy, and some gluin' on a pair of F3RES's tho! I needed to have a replay for that "infield" word! Too rich you 2! :D
Wow! That’s a good amount of walking. Missy is young and has tons of energy! Most of my exercise comes from chasing planes! I put in almost 21K steps on race day! 😊
That's easy to believe according that map and background! Back in the 90's, a fellow came with a pedometer@ the RC soaring field, & asked "how far?"I said 3 Miles, "nope, 8 miles, and your an hour earlier than me! GG guys! :D
No just had a canopy next to him meet him there think we talked once but was just excited to be at rcs fest...everyone was so nice there...like a big family
Yes, the Saylors are extremely nice to everyone! They have been super supportive of us since we met them last year... and for that we are super grateful. 😊
WOW.., great videos, you are doing awesome work.
Thanks! We appreciate that! It was a fun day at the race track!

In 1965 we were living about 60 miles away - here goo.gl/maps/ZEuHda3PwK32 - when Jim Clark won.
I just saw this comment... You once lived here in Indiana? Wow! How about that? Did you go to Purdue?
