It is not wireless recording.. it is just a small recording device. If talking about sensitivity on how far it can still recied clearly, i have not tried it out yet...
I sat mine in my girlfriends car before I went to work, was at work 9 hrs that day, and all I got was a weak 3 hrs of recording, like wtf why didn't it record the entire time shit dumb as hell

You have to connect it to your laptop or devices and play back the content in the recorder. Hope this helps..
