Love this statue! Nice that they choose to represent this classic comic look. But at this price level, I hope that the upper torso and the base does light up by the same time with only one switch. It will be maybe the case on the final product !? A iron man statue needs to be expose with the light on. It a shame when you needs to disassemble parts to find a swich or replace battery...

Yea I’ve completely turned against museum poses, I just don’t like them anymore, I only want dynamic 1/6 scale statues & dioramas. But I absolutely love that glossy paint, it pops so nice, definitely one of the best, if not THE best paint on an Iron Man statue I’ve seen.
And I love that the head portraits are looking in different directions, I’ve always said every company should do this, have at least one portrait looking up so that the statue looks good if you have to display it down low. Then have all the others looking straight, but never do looking down poses. My Skull Knight only has one portrait and it’s looking down, I can’t even see the LED in his eyes because I have him on the ground.

i don't collect 1/3 scale but iron man is tied with batman as my favorite super hero character so I think I'm going to have to pick him up =). Great video Gem!

This Ironman statue is amazing, a lot of different switch outs that all look good and differentiate the look. And the base with all the different helmets from the years are is a great idea in my opinion. Be Excellent.

It would look great with my other lbs, but I got 2 other p1 on order and that Tsume 1:1 Luffy so might have to let it pass. Choices be tough these days. Really want it to pair with my cap though.

Love this statue!! The premium looks like the way to go.
This is switch outs done right. They didn't just give you arbitrary extras that are all basically the same. This statue genuinely offers multiple display options. The only down side is that they all look fantastic! I'm having a really hard time deciding which arrangement I like best.

Looks great but all the heads didn’t need to be looking right. And I think they could’ve changed the helmets up for a more diverse look
While I love the MCU Iron Man, I think statue manufacturers focused to much on those depiction. IMO the classic comic suit is better than any MCU version. Can't wait to pair him and the Hulk with Legendary Beast Thor.

Looks good other than the base height, it is a bit too tall.
Should we be expecting remote controls for the light ups , it’s a headache keep touching the displayed statue to switch on a light feature.
I’m not a statue maker but surely can’t be that hard .

Stephen did you have to add batteries for light up features or were they installed? Does. Directions indicate size type of batteries
this was just the proto so it didnt have instructions. also, battery placement may different in production as well

XM will require a kidney, not a toe or a finger but a whole limb....same as their Hulk, cool stuff but expensive as hell, $1900 + shipping it will easily pass 2K barrier so i don’t even bother getting excited about XM pieces anymore!
They’ve priced too many people out of hobby and left too much of a bitter taste for me!!!
