This is by far the most user friendly camera I have ever used. And that includes the point and shoot 'digicams' from a decade ago. You are going to have a blast
Im filming a short film on the mini next week. Using Zeiss CP2 lenses. Was wondering what you would suggest the best settings to use on the camera. I dont think 4k is worth it and I was thinking 2K at apple pro res 4444 in Clog mode. Would this make sense?
Do video people give a single shit about audio? crazy levels in the 1st fifteen seconds, awkward edits and noise throughout, no crossfades. I get it's a review of a video camera, but I'd hate to think that we're hearing the audio from this camera. It's like shooting the video with the lens cap on. Or not giving a shit if the lens cap is on or not.
I thought I was the only one who noticed this. Scattered sounds, transitions, and so disorienting. Please write a script next time and consider the people who are true beginners, half the stuff you said I couldn't decipher.
This is hilariously terrible video. The audio pops up and down, you go back and correct yourself constantly, can't remember details of any formats, and then DON'T POINT THE CAMERA AT THE MENU WHEN EXPLAINING IT. If there were Oscars for fucking up an instructional video, you guys would win hands down.

PharaohsKingdom Arri make PL and EF mounts for it but there are third party mounts like Nikon as well.

Nicolas Labra yes saw it around 42k last week in US market, but it will assemble up around 75k
This setup probably costs at least 80 grand. Including the body, lens, wireless follow focus, viewfinder and misc other items.
Does it crop in for lower resolutions?
yea
Actually no it doesn't crop the sensor when shooting lower resolutions like a RED camera does. Still get the full sensor window and field of view.
