It has been my absolute dream to go Fukubukuro shopping! I ordered one from Aymmy and the Batty Girls when they still existed. It's kind of sad to see that Fukubukuro's aren't as big of a thing in comparison to a few years ago. Used to obsess over people's hauls.
And for Gyaru coming back, it makes soooo much sense with the Y2k etc coming back. Time is a circle, so fun. Mori Kei is next!

YES!!!! It's the best time of the year!!! I have never got a fukubukuro but I was in Japan in January 2011 when they were still doing sales and still had loads of bags left. I went to La Foret and it was wild. I really want to go back in prime season to get some. I've always been after the Afternoon Tea one.

I got the HEI HEI lucky bag, wasnt able to go in person but I was able to go to their anniversary fashion show in 2023 so I ordered it last year, haven't unboxed it yet lol but I'm excited ❤

2025 Lucky bags lets go!!
The online reservations they do now make me sad. As a non Japanese person the websites are hard to navigate let alone getting a notification that the sale is happening in the first place.
The Ank Rouge bag looks so cute I want it every year >_

For the HEI HEI fukubukoro you had to either order online and they had 4 prices to choose from, the 10000 yen sold out immediately and so did the most expensive one 50000 yen. You could also ask the people at the store if they had any left but it was very lowkey
They had had a 10k one?? I was all over their website and instagram during December and I couldn't find any info :/

I did get a piece from Volcan&Aphrodite that was 30% off ! but only one actual fukubukuro ww🥹🫶
It was so much fun.. my expectations were low becos a lot of ppl said it wasn’t the same experience as it used to be but I thought more shops than I expected had bags and I was really happy !! 🥹 Amavel one was sooo tempting 😫
and the QOOZA t-shirts were my favourite aaa (*´-`)
