Nako wasn't my favourite IZONE member, but I'm starting to warming up for her after the news about her losing confidence. After that, it seems her screentime and attention has increased! *^^*
IZ*ONE is composed of members that all stand out on their own in a big way and I think Nako feels like she doesn't do as well as everyone else and isn't progressing. Even Hitomi has been gaining a lot of attention lately and she's really starting to open up now. But it seems like Yena is always trying to cheer up Nako and give her confidence through broadcast. She always compliments Nako in a big way on Sakura's radio, during interviews, and even on this TMI show, Yena wrote that Nako is the cutest person that she's ever met in her entire life.

The problem is she has been known as a great vocalist that took a main or lead position ,but in IZ*ONE seems like she's the only member that hasn't been taken seriously. Now she's being a sub-vocalist that forced to sing in a cute way (I've watched pd48 and her singing style is completely different now since she becomes IZ*ONE), barely get a screentime and always has the most plain outfit in every MVs and performances. If you notice, Hitomi is gained attention because she has a transformation in her face and her body (sorry to say, she was chubby and now she's skinnier than pre-debut time). She's also got blonde hair in Eyes On Me, when Nako's only got a light-brown haired but didn't help her to be shine a lot. Sometimes I feel IZ*ONE's company is completely ignore her, despite the member is cooperative enough to make every single one shine in any chances. Like they just focus on Hitomi, Chaewon, Hyewon, and Minju improvement which have lack of confident before. Nako is truly underrated *sigh
farewell-done I don’t think she’s forced to sing cute. She’s always been singing in a cute way since HKT. She tends to like cute songs and ballads. It’s just PD48 gave her a different way of singing because it was Kpop style and most of us knew Nako through PD48 unless you were already a 48 fan. The members usually try to encourage her by tying to get rid of her height insecurity by complimenting her a lot in her other strengths. They said this in an interview for a Japanese magazine not too long ago. I agree that Hitomi has gotten a lot of attention because of her new looks, but at the same time, she’s also been getting a lot of attention because of her huge improvement in Korean as well. It seems like her Korean has gotten better than both Nako and Kkura. I guess it’s because she speaks only in Korean in the dorms. She said she speaks Korean a lot to improve especially with Minju. While Minju speaks in Japanese to her to improve her Japanese. But Nako should have more confidence and open up more. Hitomi has always been quiet in the beginning, but she started speaking out more and more when they started promoting ‘Violeta’ and people started to take notice of her that way and I think Hitomi gained a lot of confidence through that. Easiest way for Nako to gain attention is speaking better Korean like Sana. Sana was loved by Koreans because of her near fluent Korean skills and I think Nako should go full speed on that and she’ll be able to speak her mind better and makes jokes and such.
Nisa WIZ Yeah, Yena is VERY caring towards everyone despite the way she behaves like a kid most of the time. I remember Hitomi said that she really liked Yena because she went out of her way just to talk to her during PD48.

このくらいだと日本人メンバー３人の中で一番くらいかな？・・・
