Load your pc up and look at the drive through a program like disk genius. It's probably my formated the ext4

it takes time you have to wait its an external sd drive so its probably slow so just wait
i had the same problem so i left it and eventually it worked

i like bliss os the problem is how do i install it on my old chromebook in windows we have bios and uefi settings but in chromebook we didnt have them

What TF do You need this 32 GB drive for? Why not create a BlissOS pendirve directly from Your ISO file on Your local disk?
