Wherein we delve into a last-minute purchase out of curiosity more than necessity and all that.
Savings sale price for value over "STYLE"? We'll see... Usually if I'm looking for WAREHOUSE work boots, I need a less aggressive outsole but still want a shank, right?
A bit squishy underfoot... Lacing system a bit odd, what that hard t' gather up in the toe area much and then I'm wearing them without tube socks covering the upper where the foam and such firm on the legs, etc.

OK, BUT...
These have no real arch support and apparently NO SHANK??? That's pretty much a non-starter for any work boot, no matter how rough and rugged they look, right? I'd say total pain or discomfort after about 20 minutes if doing any ladders [construction] or shovels [landscaping], etc. Might still can use for hiking boots BUT wearing the low socks, already got bloody cut in the right leg where the top collar bit pulls tight but the vamp still really does not, so a bit sloppy where I want them t' be tight and vice-versa again, so maybe total crap overall after all.
BUT there was also a Price Drop AND there are insoles for $50 on site, but I saw NO MENTION of shank in all the other descripty but I think I bought the pair that are $2 more than the non-insulated, which woulda been the better pair, so neigh sure how I messed that up???
I don't think a cobbler can do much t' add a shank w' the injecty outsole and all that, but I imagine the insulaty will just tear out naturally with wear? [Prematurely??] I might experiment with these a bit when winter abates a bit [if it's mild or otherwise], but I don't know if I recommend smashing the toe w' a hammer t' see how well it holds up.... I might still want them for use as waterprroof things in the coming months more than some other options, anyway.
Are ALL their boot models named after cities in Missouri???
