overwatch is the first real competitive game i've ever played. everyone is just automatically angry and never ever want to take the blame. its so absurdly rare to get a chill lobby in even QP let alone competitive. they still flame people in unranked games. and it's always the worst players that talk the most. this honestly makes me afraid to try other games because they have reputations for having much worse communities
@@jubkggh I'd really suggest looking into other games if you enjoy the competitive FPS format, it's genuinely not bad in some other games. Even Valorant has less toxic players which is impressive considering how similar the game is to CS:GO.

Love the logic of the guy in the second game. "You guys are playing characters you don't need aim with" - And with that logic, either they should swap to characters easier to aim with or get better mechanics to climb. Just funny how of all things, that was his excuse, and it just showed his skill level.

I just gave Comp a try, and my first placement match had a Pharah that refused to communicate and switch even when the enemy team had DVA, Bastion, Soldier (later Cree), and Ana. Rest of us had to play twice as hard to win. European Servers do be very quiet.

idk what people expect from widows. when you hit consistent shots, you’re called a cheater. when you can hit shots and kill but it’s slower and a little more inconsistent, you’re instantly called bad. it makes 0 sense to me. i was playing widow in qp yesterday to practice aiming and stuff and was doing pretty well for being new to her and all (3 hours on her compared to my 100 hours on mercy 😭), had like 40% accuracy and was dropping kills. every game i had a 50% chance of being called shit and yet i was still getting picks? idk
not only do i get to watch awesome shots, i get to enjoy Fly me to the Moon from the Bayonetta soundtrack :D also my friend got called a cheater one time when he was playing as Widow, we laughed and he took it as a compliment lol.

Like so many people are saying you hit your shots, it's luck or it's a "hack" if you don't hit your shots it's "basically a skill issue get good" and "your shit" you can never win against people. That alone is the main reason why I do not talk in team chat or type in chat I have it all off. I'm still relatively new I try to learn a new character and I completely get shit talked to Oblivion. One of the main reasons I have chat off.
The OW competitive community is so sad. I tried it the other day and got bullied the entire game for playing mei even though I went 30 and 5 with like 6k damage I carried my weight and we even won the game.
so the true question of the day other then when is hanzo getting any good skins that make him look cool, how bad does your wrist hurt after this match?
