林辰=Lin Chen
But the Chen family name they are referring to is this Chen 陈
From North to South families of old, Zhou Wu Chen Huang.
This is a saying that specifies the surnames of the 4 big families that have the most power in china. The North South part just means they have influence in all corners of China.
Some notations on names/how people address eachother
I've kept several of the chinese way of address in their pinyin form.
"Ge" means elder brother, or a way to address a male that's older than you but isn't elderly. It might or might not be blood related as it's used both between (usually good) friends and family.
"Lao"= literally means old and is usually added before a surname to address an elderly male. It would be rude to use this towards someone you don't know. It is familiar if used with someone you're comfortable with.
The Ah in Ah Chen (how Wang Chao addresses Lin Chen) is just a cute way/ nicknamey way of calling Lin Chen. It should also be used between friends. It is also used before a surname.
