      Prachi,
      You are insanely wrong.
      NCERT says "water concentration" and we are saying "solute concentration", which is more acceptable term in science community.
      "Water concentration" is a weird term which only some biologists use.
      Water concentration and solute concentration are exactly opposite thing.
      Saying "from high water concentration to low concentration" is same as "from low solute concentration to high concentration".
      Please do not try to guide people, when you have no knowledge. You will misguide.

    Raisins get swells because of osmosis process where water went inside as high concentration of water from outside moved towards inside of raisins.

      coz jis taraf solute ka concentration high hota hai us taraf water ka concentration low hota hai aur jis taraf solute ka concentration low hota hai udhar water ka concentration high hota hai and we know semi permeable membrane do not allow ions to pass through through so iske vajah se jidhar low concentration of solvent se water high concentration of solvent me pass karta hao

    SIR PLEASE GO THROUGH TO YOUR CONCEPT AND PLZ REVISE. NCERT CLASS 9TH CHAPTER -5 THE FUNDAMENTAL UNIT OF LIFE PAGE NUMBER 59, 2nd column last 12th line has clearly stated that *movement follows high concentration to low concentrations* please modify this video so that kids could learn right.
