Of course they can. Knpv is specifically for Dutch Shepherds and Belgian Malinois though. Igp or schutzhund was created for the German Shepherd which is comparable. Every dog sport person argues one is better than the other. And I would remind you that most of these knpv Malinois are mixed with other breeds, especially German Shepherd to give them more bulk and size.. some people even say that potentially pit bull has been mixed in. Definitely German Shepherd I know for sure. FCI or AKC mallomars are typically lighter and leaner whereas the knpv dogs are much thicker due to the crossbreeding influence. Most of them don't have papers but it doesn't matter because they're breeding them for workability not for show. I would note though that we're not talking about the kind of German Shepherds that most especially Americans see. I'm talking about the working line German Shepherd.

Definitely a WTF moment. He broke his baton, what an ass, on the way in I would "accidently" stumbled and tripped the decoy as I caught myself.
