No problem when the battery is in it's original shape.... I had to change the aux. battery in my Twizy two days ago, and the original battery was so warped that I had to yse a crowbar to get it out.. (Replaced it with a lithium battery.....)
Hi there my twizy just died and it shows up of a sign it's charging but doesn't charge. The charging fan comes on and there's a relay that clicks every now and then. What was your symptoms?

Problem was a faulty charger.replaced under warranty.it would have cost £900 plus.

@@448687 sounds like the same as happened to me .probably the charger is faulty.mine was less than 4 years old so fixed under warranty.
