Just an extra tip. If you consider yourself lucky, open the tents at the refugee camp when the cook asks you for choya bits. I ended up finding a choya inside. And yes this does count for grabbing yourself a piece of choya. I was using this guide to get the collection done and I found the choya piece on one of the tent choya. Anyway hope this helps you.

As soon as you get the medicine just go straight to Priest Hakim otherwise you might end up with this msg "The medicine you were carrying has gone bad" and you have to start all over again.

@@TiffyMissWiffy If you look at your skill bar and the place for boons and other effects, there is symbol in form of an Hourglas to the right side of you HP. As long you have this buff you should have an item show up in dialogue with Prist at Temple. There is nothing in inventory for those that might do it later, so you just have this buff and avoid longer figgts. (Triggered trapp and had to kill those Forged close to where one ride up to Temple as shown in video. Did get achievement after talking with Priest, so it is enough time if another player would have this happen.) I tried to use WP to WP first time after both Hearts had been completed, but that didn't give the option at Hakim to finish this achievement. Are Raptor the only mount that will work for this achievement or is it possible to to use every other mount? Can't test it as I finished it on this account. Anyway thanks for using time stamps and putting up this video. Hadn't finished this achievement and it was confusing how to get medicine and which NPC one should start with as it isn't well explained on wiki or in game (it suppose that you go from Priestess close to city as the first place and then to Temple of Kamir).
I believe any mount should work for this, any other bring item to npc quest mounting tends to be okay with any mount but using a WP tends not to work. Glad you were able to get!
