I don't mean to be rude, but my cousin worked for a company that makes the scratch off tickets that people buy. He let me in on a secret that the top amount customers can never win since those tickets are never made. You would have much better odds playing the slots at a casino.
People win top prizes daily. On the Florida lottery you can actually look up the top prize winners.
@@millyw1 That may be true but it is staged. The Lottery in any state decides who is going to win the top prize. It's all rigged like sports games are rigged.
