And Im also worried about the sound you said the house was making. What is his commitment? Whats the level of renovation he is committing to? If he is able to bring it to the standard of the pictures then you can reconsider. If not, you will get another.. Keep praying about it also 😊
sis, was sounding like things were falling apart, i managed to touch a tap and it was shaking. it was a horrible viewing experience cos i couldn’t even try anything out. We are praying, we wont stop,I trust God to come through with something amazing soon. thank you so much 😊 ❤

this is not acceptable the landlord needs to be reported. However, i will advice you to check Wolverton, Milton Keynes or the flat/Detached houses along the estate areas of Northampton NN3,4,5 .

I won’t lie, this house is study, layout is good n you can actually furnish it to the original picture taste but the agent/landlord must be willing to sign something that they will clean, repair n fix the house up if not they must pay you back your deposit 🤷🏾♀️. PS that house looks like the tenants have moved out but clean up hasn’t been done cos there’s literally nothing in this video showing somebody is still living there, it looks more like someone just moved out.
