Hi dr.. yes dried small onions .. simple pa peel small onions and wash them .. then chop them into small chunks ,so that they tend to dry soon when placed under sun.. place them in a cloth and leave it in sunlight for a day or 2 until it dries completely.. you can use them for all sorts of gravies ..
