Greatings from Brazil! Thanks for the great video, very helpful! I just would like to know what is the main reason for not working with material clamping and also to know where is this machine installed. Thanks in advance! Ramires.
5:15 you forgot to clean nozzle if i do this on my ensis and then try to cut ill get an alarm. Clean nozzle not only cleans nozzle but calibrates the z-axis sensor. But all else great video!
Training on this machine what does it mean when it says “The Power of the Oscillator is turned off. Turn off the power of the NC unit, and turn on the power in order of the oscillator and NC”?
Not 100% sure, but you could try hitting the NC button. I have had it happen in the past where everything is setup correctly, but the machine wont cut. I believe i was just missing hitting the NC button. Forgive me if this is a poor answer, I am not around the laser much these days. Try hitting the OSSc button and the NC button, see if anything changes. The machine is pretty smart and will prevent you from damaging something via pressing buttons
you should have made it more complicated...ide rather do paper tape or floppy disc..it would be faster...ive cut more steel than you will ever see in your life
This is exactly what they teach you in the AMADA facility. Great video.

@@manbearpig148 You will get this error if you shut down or start up the machine in the wrong order.
Hi
How do you know which nozzle adapter to use with each nozzle?
It depends upon the material. I made this a few years ago so unfortunately i cannot help anymore than that
it also depends on what kind of gas you are using, which depends on the material.
Gotcha. I'm trying to figure out what type of adapter to use on a 2.0 nozzle.
👍
