*correction: you don't have to run if you're already close or you're opponent isn't moving a lot, it's up to you if you want to run in order to position yourself or if you want to walk in order to be more accurate and deal more damage. i think it's more better to think of this tech as a tool in your toolbox, and you can choose to use how much of this you want
