glad to see others matchmaking being weird, i ended diamond 5 on support last season and i had a game where my dps was rank 284 peak last season and ended gm5 and our other dps was plat last season and both enemy dps both were plat last season as well

I just cracked gm for the first time with ball! My previous closest was 3950. After being given diamond 1 for the first 2 seasons I kept getting placed D1 and D2 and flip flop. Never gaining even when I went positive. This season I've been gaining 2 ranks a placement from plat 1 to gm4! Thanks for the gameplay it's really helped me learn the new maps

This makes me feel better about losing a game I had the other day. I was gm5 or m1 at the time, don't remember which. My team were all gold and their team were diamond/plats. We lost and my dps had well north of 10 deaths each.
It’s going to take a while to fix the matchmaking. People’s ranks have been both heavily inflated and deflated and it feels all over the place. I’m high masters and sometimes I get matched with GM/T500s, sometimes I get matched with literal golds. It’s so broken

I finally hit plat with ball, starting at silver it took me about 80 games. The last 2 days where a real grind because of my teammates but now since I am in plat im having it a lot easier. (got a 8 game win streak, 1 loss and now another 4 wins which is my current streak. Blaming teammate isn't a thing in most cases but for ball trust me it is especially in lower or mid ranks where people have no clue how to play when they cant sit behind a meat shield.
