Im pretty sure gekko is a radiant cause his tatoos glow when activating his abilities similar to reyna. But seems like his friends/creatures come out of that ball bag thingy he carries around. But even skye who is also a radiant uses wooden trinkets to summon her animals so maybe theres a summoner type of radiants like gekko/skye/fade that can summon creatures to help them in battle
I agree, but then I also thought what if he is supposedly if he is human. Then the glowing tattoo's on his arms is like Chamber, is a Radinite "weapon". And if the tattoo's are made of Radinite, I think Gekko stole Radinite for the glow of it lol.

also reyna respects him so i think thats further proof hes radiant. as seen how she talks about the opposing kj in game ("i dont care how bright you are, you will never be a radiant!") she seems to not really respect non radiants who are in the valorant protocol...

at 9:00 when gekko says "mi Reyna (reina)" its a play on words cuz in spanish Reina means queen but he is also referring to Reyna's name at the same time since he always calls her queen, like a double entendre. Also at 9:02 he doesnt say "It was unstoppable!" he says "Jefa's unstoppable!" (Jefa being the feminine term for Boss in spanish)

@@glm_9555 In a weird way, Reyna's name meant more and more as we learned the lore piece by piece as she would be the Queen of Radiants in the war from KAY/O's universe. Plus her ult has always been named Empress, since she was released.
It’s also used as a term for mom as in “mi jefa no me deja ir Al baile”
Reyna alludes to it in the intro

my guess is that Gekko is a radiant and K-Sec experimented on him and his powers (him being able to summon the lil gang) and Reyna found them is protecting them. she seems to have known them for a long since she tells them to "calm down my children, it's me". also, the tattoo on his left arm lights up whenever he summons the critters.
and the ones on his right. slightly disappointed that they didn't change color depending on what critter you have equipped

@@swfffcew9419 they change when you equip them but then settle to a basic blue. maybe I'm not seeing something so maybe I'm wrong. what I would like is if they settled to say yellow for wingman, green for mosh and pink for thrash

I feel as if Gekko is a radiant, the main reason being is his ability to harness and pick up his creatures unlike anyone else. Also when he uses his ult the tattoos on his skin glow and gain a bright outline, showing that the power is not only in his creature but also in himself. That holds true for most individual on the valorant protocol. If they themselves emit radiance they are radiants.
plus Reyna seems fond of Gekko like a mentor, and we know she mainly likes radiants too

@@99batranmm, that’s more explanatory because it’s Tech, it uses radianite’s ability to transfer intense amounts of energy within this able make weaponry appear out of thin air and make him disappear out of thin air.
Radianite tech can make sentient creatures but these aren’t tech, they’re “alive”
@@99batranThey are definitely not tattoos. They look more like metal and moves around so probably a weird technology thing.
Kinda like nanomachines since when he uses his ult they vanish from his body and then his gun appears but if he puts his gun away(kinda like in the agent select screen) his body that doesn't have those lines suddenly gets them.

I believe what happened was:
- Gekko tries to break out the gang, almost gets caught
- Reyna and Jett, who were waiting for something like this, swoop in and get him out
- Discussions happen, the dinner in the player card occurs, where Gekko meets Brimstone
- Gekko goes home for a period of time, talking with the VP via calls and texts
- The Agent Trailer happens, Gekko officially joins the VP and moves into a room in the secret base.

I think it should also be noted that Gekko was/is friends with Neon before formally joining the VP, since in the short where he’s asking Reyna about what color he should dye his hair, Reyna asks why Gekko is asking her, and he replies with “Neon didn’t pick up”
Personally I like the idea that Gekko, Neon, and Yoru all kinda hang out together and are friends, Yoru being there from the start of round voiceline Gekko has, where he mentions living on the VP base/dorms with Yoru (to quote he says to his gang, "Of course you've seen Yoru before, we live with him, what are you talking about?")
I think he is a radiant, his tattoos light up and stuff whenever he uses his buddies. He can also understand them, I think he has like some kind of connection with them that no one else can have, which also explains why he has so many instead of just one buddy. His power is talking to weird radianite creatures
Yeah I thought about that! Like his tattoos do light up kinda like how Reyna’s does! But we also have to remember that Chamber’s gold plating does light up as well and he’s a human. I’m leaning more towards radiant for me

It's kinda like nanomachines. The gold plate thing makes the gun and when he puts it away it deforms and then sticks to his face and arms.

A wild theory but I think the gang are lab-tested animals that Kingdom is experimenting on with Radianite which ended up gaining powers and a different appearance. The critters are probably like a start-up research with the goal of making artificial radiants to make a radiant army. And perhaps, Gekko's radiant power is what allows him to communicate with them when clearly we dont know what they are talking about and also allow him to control them (could just be through the power of friendship tho lmao). The stolen property could probably be the creatures and that fanny pack he keeps them in. Just a wild guess lmao
that would make a lot of since because each one of geckos creatures can kind of represent an animal
What I think is that gekko and his little creatures were just regular animals who had a bond with gekko as a child, he might have gotten him and his pets affected by radianite which gave him and his lil gang powers. Kingdom might have found out about his little critters and stole them for experimentation which is why he needed to break them out. Because if gekko randomly happened to have stolen these blobs just randomly, they wouldn't have been having this bind with him like they do, also he understands what they say so him just stealing them and randomly understanding them would be way off. I think him and his pets were radiants who got kidnapped by kingdom and reyna found out about him and decided to mentor him
I feel like Reyna might have rescued Gekko from the kingdom microscope when he was little, taking him to a haven/ city of Reyna's until it was safe for him to go back to his mother. That might be why Reyna almost seems like an older sibling/mentor to him as well as why Reyna trusts him so much. After Lucia nearly lost her life Gekko was like a sibling to Reyna.

A few things from Geeko that I don't think were mentioned (sorry my English isn't exactly fluent, and the video don't have subtitles)
1st Reyna calls Geeko's pokemons "Mi hijos", which would be my children... there is also the proximity of they two, where he always calls Reyna "My Reyna", maybe I misunderstood, I don't know, I thought an interesting detail.
2nd I don't know how it turned out in English, but in Portuguese, when Gekko kills someone, he can say "Foi de arrasta pra cima", which means "Swipe Up" from Instagram, which here in Brazil has become a way of saying that the person died. I found it interesting because it matches well with this city boy vibe, connoisseur of memes that Gekko passes on.

just a theory, remember reyna's "sanctuary" for radiants? i cant help but think gekko was somehow involved in it and that's why he knows and respects reyna. maybe the radiants of her sanctuary are like her kids/siblings, which is why she stands up for gekko

Dude the quote you have from Rayna means gekko stole something from kingdom and used his radiant powers (his crew) to do it. He probably stole the helmet he puts on to see what his teammates (only thresh in gameplay) sees and Rayna is helping him cover it up along with cypher...
Also remember that dossier where killjoy wanted to buy a "strange fish" for raze but they were all gone? I have a slight suspicion she was referring to Thrash-

HI JEPPY, in the shattered cinematic you see Reyna say un alma por un alma which means a soul for a soul in Spanish when about to shoot viper, so I thought this would give more info on Reyna's sister, also about omega universe Radianite, the same effect is achieved when Alfa Radianite is superheated as seen in the duality cinematic
When Gekko says "her", he refers to Thrash, since when done using the ultimate, he might say one of the line which included the word "her".

I think Gekko is a radiant, those vibrant tattoos are a mark of like all Radiants. And it doesnt look artificial like Chamber's, you can see them glowing.
(Edit: Plus I don't think Reyna would be so interested in him if he wasn't one)
the fact that gekko feels for the opponents is interesting...the legion's agents are fighting for their survival in a sense....
Also regarding K-Sec what not, don’t think he stole them simply because we know him and Reyna raided a Kingdom Warehouse, the reason Cypher would be concerned talking about Gekko’s creatures is because he is wanted, he raided a warehouse which is probably the reason he’s running from authorities in his banner.

Its nice that you noted something I didn't know about Harbour and Gekko cause I have never played a match where both of 'em were in the mix. Also, Harbour's sheriff goes along well, colours n all, with gekko's handgloves so I don't know if that was intentional but is it possible that gekko could have designed them after harbour?

Maybe kingdom takes in people with powers for experiments and gecko's power makes living creatures out of jelly and the only way to keep them alive is to use that satchel to keep their life spans longer/heals them after use, so he probably stole that in order to keep his creatures alive cause he is a kind type of person who loves his friends, maybe he was lonely as a child

I think Gekko is a Radiant and he has a power to be "friends" with radianite creatures and create sort of links with them ? Idk cause when you take wingman, or any creature from his crew, Gekko's arm sort of light up. And also Reyna doesn't like non Radiants people so it wouldn't make sense if she is close to a non Radiant.
In your video about entire Valorant lore you said that the Venecia Incident was caused by Jett from Omega Earth that planted the spike. But was it actually the spike? I'm not sure, because the device she had with her wasn't looking like the spike in the game. Also I'm not sure, but I think that Killjoy wasn't a member neither of a Valorant Protocol nor Valorant Legion and she was the one that created the spike, right? Also a funny, but interesting fact: the spike has a logo of Kingdom Corporation instead of Kingdom Industries. How to explain that? That's not everything! If the device Jett had was actually the spike, why do Valorant Legion still atacks ascent? I mean, they've already took the Radianite, didn't they? I mean only if the device was spike, but we can't be certain about it.

i have an idea for an agent
name: Vision
E Ability : places a mirror when the enemy team shoots at it the bullets will go and damage the enemy team itself
Q Ability : makes the Ally team have clones and the clones will spread everywhere ,when the enemy team kills a clone they will be flashed
C Ability : stop the time for 5 seconds for the enemy team and can be killed with whatever weapon
X Ability : will create a lockdown and Vision can choose where to place it like how omen tps in his ult and the countdown is 5 seconds long if the enemy team is inside it until the countdown ends the enemy team will be frozen for 7 seconds and the ally team will get a info for that :)

They didn't specify, but I'm pretty sure he's a radiant because his ult is him going into the mind of thrash and controlling where he goes
he's probably a radiant I mean when he uses anyone any of his creatures you see the colors in his hands light up kinda if you have noticed so maybe he's a radiant

Not sure that makes any difference, but it seems like both gekko and reyna (Like neon , I know she mostly stores it or at least limits her energy using her backpack) store or atleast access there radianite energy buildup in their tattoos on the arms, just something I spotted lol. Maybe he was a victim of radiant poisoning as a kid from kingdom mining radianite. Once kingdom found out about the creature's they stole them from gekko, maybe he found out while growing up from reyna thats why he also knows about the valorant protocol. Reyna maybe helped him with info and gekko broke out his creatures thats why they trusted him so easily? But its just a theory.
gekko is probably NOT a human who found some artifact and became "radiant" (not fully radiant as hes just relying on these critters and he doesnt make them myself) and instead becamem radiant like the other agents because reyna hates non radiants who just use radiant power to their advantage (because of kj)
by the way, theres a voice line for gekko that says like: my friends think their bullets tickle
deadlock's trailier aka episode 7 tells us that gekko's creatures aren't the only ones

I think he’s human, because all his abilities are from his creatures. But if Reyna likes him, than maybe he is Radiant.
