Hupdates - July 2024 | Automate Associations & Labels with Workflow Actions | HubSpot Updates

Managing associations and their labels has historically been a tedious and manual process. As companies grow, the complexity and volume of these tasks increase, making it hard to maintain data quality without spending excessive time.
With the new workflow actions for associations, admins can now automate parts of the association management process. This includes:
- Applying, updating, or removing association labels automatically
- Creating new associations based on matching property values
These new actions work within contact, company, deal, ticket, and custom object-based workflows, specifically for single-line text, multi-line text, or phone number properties.

Hey! A few things could be happening, but the most likely option is that you are going to want to make sure you are enrolled in the beta. You can opt in by going to your Product Updates section of HubSpot and looking for "New Workflow Actions for Associations."
