Ismo makes fun of the fact that there are way too many different diets these days then the comment section is full of diet recommendations. Seems he was right.
@@ZarkowsWorld Yeah but he should do it properly, put them in the CC (closed captions) area, so people can turn them on or off as they choose. Don't force them there for people who can understand, that's annoying.
@@2003phylis it's fine. the studies are just propaganda. they did it so people don't realize the real cause of the issue. this was done a long time ago. you can go look at the study. it's very badly done and basically prove nothing.

Eat no or very low saturated fat, cholesterol, and no seed oils. Use olive, coconut, or avocado oils. Reduced or low sugar, no high fructose corn syrup, no additives or preservatives. No dyes, and no processed food.
@TH-camCensor is right on the “dietary cholesterol” count. It’s been known quite awhile now that eggs, shellfish, etc do not raise LDL. But @2003phylis is right about the rest. Mainly avoid highly processed junk food and sugar in all its forms as much as possible.
The way he pronounces "sausages" is so whimsical, I love it

I'm a Finn and been following Ismo for years. Anyone please note that this video from Ismo is actually years old video already :)
Yeah but he's reuploading them all with forced subtitles, which I hate, so I have the old ones bookmarked.
@@blucat4 Lots of people like the subtitles.

Hey not a bad idea for a personal trainer! “I’ll take the $50 off you and run away. If you catch me, you can have it back.”
Usually being happy with your job and partner solves all dietary issues.
I have my jaw temporarily wired shut and I can tell you, getting 600 calories in me is is like half an hours work.
Liquid ice-cream
Wherein ISMO discovers that veganism is primarily virtue signalling.

Keto & intermittent fasting
Or one meal a day and intermittent fasting. Easier for beginners coming off sugars
Keto is too high fat. You want to avoid saturated fat

You're dead wrong about saturated fat and cholesterol.

@@Martha-fluterunner BS, fat and cholesterol are health foods, and you apparently need to cut back on the Kool-Aid as well. 😢
