They chose Semien over DJ LeMahieu? LeMahieu had more RBIs and his average was over .40 points higher. Yes, Semien had a few more HRs but he had almost 20 more games to do it. Maybe they really value the fact that Semien played all 162 games? But that's just a managerial decision to rest players. I don't think DJ should win over Trout or Bregman, but he definitely should be a finalist over Semien.
