Hey multiverse I got the flash boots on my villain account then i tried to share bank the flash boots to my flash account but the flash boots didn't go in the share bank but thanks for your help man!

Did you equip the boots? Once you equip the you can no longer trade the boots. Other then that... no idea why you cannot trade it.

From the Green Lantern vendor on Mogo. But you have to be CR 106? before you can see it and buy it on the vendor.

How do you get belt for villian

You have to get t belt with a hero character and then use replay badges to get the belt on your Villain.
If you are REALLY lucky you could get the belt in Promethium Lockboxes.... but the odds of getting the one belt you want are very slim.
